    Metamorphosis is the transformation process that turn down to earth worm into beautiful flying butterfly. It needs breakthrough innovation and cocoon to nurture transformation development.
    Many CEO and senior executives would like to get my advice in nurturing breakthrough innovation in crating cultural metamorphosis. Many organizations try to create organization paradigm shift and lost touch of their exiting core competencies. Organization need to know how to leverage their exiting organization heartbeat and turn it into new cultural competitiveness.
    I do advice many CEOs in leading organizations to develop their  cultural metamorphosis blueprint with these 5 strategic steps:
    1. Discover authentic org passionate heartbeat
    Assess and awake the unseen organization greatness is critical foundation in creating new culture. Many organizations didn’t pay much attention on this point and lost touch with their current reality when they try to build many new things on the weak based. We at Asia Pacific innovation Center uses Multi-dimension organization intelligence assessment technology to discover authentic innate drive that creates organization passionate heartbeat. To know the right heartbeat you can leverage your core strength into the next level of metamorphosis.
    2. Architect Cultural Core Value
    When we know inside out of our organization heartbeat, we will know what current usages of our greatness are and where are the unseen developed area that have potential to grow. 
    I have experiences with one leading financial firm who has strength in analyzing customer financial problem and come up with the innovative solution. After we discover their unseen heartbeat in the areas of customer engagement and relationship building which they already have in their team innate drive but never empower it out.
    After top management see the strategic map of org heartbeat, we facilitage the core top management teams to architect new core value based on new finding to bring out the best in customer problem solving partnership, innovative solution, relationship engagement and serviced mind into top priority.
    We then help their top team to 360 degree benchmark new core value with other leading companies, their competitors, customer, business partners and employees to see new blue ocean of their core value.     When blueprint is crafting, we involve walk the talk cultural leader who have leadership profile matching with new core value since they will be the new blood to show the organization the reality of the new culture. This group of leader will co-crystallize the blueprint with my team and come up with theme, song, slogan movie to illustrate the different between new and old habits through the used of all edutainment multi-media. These acitivies will start communicate the new cultural blueprint to the rest of the organization
    4. Create critical mass of new cultural ambassador
    My team and cultural leader then roll-out cultural transformation workshop to educate the employee about new cultural and at the same time we will get the new critical mass of new cultural ambassador who will be norminate from the peers in the workshop. They will share their new cultural best practices and also nominate the next level of ambassador. It the same as  pay forward concept.
    5. Develop new practical cultural best practices story
    To sustain the new cultural metamorphosis, the collection of new cultural best practices to show the practical solutions that is happening inside the organization is the key. This will be the prove of concept in turing new behavior into the new innovation performance. This final accumulation will turn from thought into touchable performance.
